Meet & Greet

What is it

· We are beginning the phases of relaunching our Shabbat School Program, starting with the Toddler & Preschool (ages 2-4) class.

· This “Meet & Greet” is intended to introduce the preschoolers and their parents to the class.  We will have an abbreviated class simulation - which includes a story time, snack time, play time, and will allow the children to interact with each other and explore the room.

Who is it for

· Toddlers & Preschoolers (ages 2-4) whose parents want to register them to attend the Preschool Shabbat School Class

· Parents of Toddlers & Preschoolers are encouraged to stay with their child during this “Meet & Greet” and explore the room with them, fill out the registration forms, and receive an overview of the class procedures.

When is this

· This will be during the sermon part of the service.  Children & parents will be dismissed after the Children’s Blessing.

How to prepare

· Talk to your child about attending the Toddler & Preschool Class

· Bring a snack & drink for your preschooler to enjoy in the class

Next Steps

· In two weeks, we will begin having weekly Toddler - Preschool Classes during the sermon portion of the service.

· I will be sending out guidelines for how to prepare you and your child for this.
