If Approved:

  • Contact person is responsible for replacing any damage done to the building, grounds, equipment, and any church supplies.
  • Contact person is responsible for cleaning all areas used during the event this includes the common areas; hallways and both set of bathrooms.

Step Three:  If your proposal is granted acceptance; you will meet with one of the leaders.
